As the first comprehensive industrial park invested by Shandong Hi-Speed Group in Jiaozhou, Shandong Hi-Speed SCO Economic and Trade Industrial Park project is an important carrier for Qingdao to apply for the "China-Europe Railway Express assembly center demonstration project" according to the requirements of the provincial and municipal Party committees for train assembly center. Located in Jiaobei Street, Jiaozhou City, Qingdao, on the south side of SCO multimodal transport center of Jiaozhou Bay International Logistics Park, close to Jiaozhou-Jinan Railway and Jiaozhou West Ring Road, the project occupies the land of about 176 mus for the first phase, with the total planned construction area of about 110,000 m2. It is planned to build a comprehensive logistics industrial park integrating the functions of train operation, international trade and supply chain finance, forming a "Logistics+Trade+ Finance" cluster along with new business forms such as cross-border e-commerce and cold chain logistics.

      As the China-Europe Railway Express Qilu (Jinan) assembly center project, Shandong Hi-Speed "Qilu" Eurasia Railway (Jinan) assembly center project is located in the planning area of inland port of Dongjia Town, Licheng District, Jinan City, to Zhili road in the east, Yangjiahe Road in the west, Tongping Street in the south, and Guihua Road in the north, covering a total area of about 97.76 mu, with the total construction area of about 57,000 square meters. It plans to build an office building and 6 warehouses, storage yards and parking lot. After the completion of the project, it will be engaged in such as train assembly, bonded logistics supervision, cross-border e-commerce (international mail transportation) assembly, supply chain financial services, import and export commodity display, etc.
