Established in December 2019, Shandong Hi-Speed Qilu Eurasia Railway Logistics Co., Ltd. with the registered capital of RMB 200 million, was jointly invested by Shandong Hi-Speed Group Co., Ltd., China SHIPPING Cargo Services Co., Ltd. and Shandong Port Land-sea International Logistics Group Co., Ltd. The Company has 4 subsidiaries, 3 branches with its headquarter located in Jinan, Shandong Province. The Company has won 8 honorary titles higher with department and bureau level, including “National Women’s Civilization Post” and “Advanced Primary-level Party Organization of Shandong Province”.

According to the documents of Shandong Provincial People’s government, the Company is a provincial unified entity information service and operation platform,  responsible for coordinating cargo raising, transportation organization, information service, publicity and marketing and supply chain management of China-Europe Railway Express (Qilu). Since the overall operation, with the total number of trains has exceeded 5000, and in 2019, 2020, and 2021, the total number of trains exceeding one thousand for three consecutive years, it has gradually built up the international logistics corridor connecting Japan and South Korea in the east, and Europe and Asia in the west, which has provided strong support for Shandong Province to get fully integrated into the “Belt and Road”, build a new highland of opening up to the outside world and cultivate new energy for the growth of foreign trade.
